It features an industrial quality 3.5 horse power continuous duty motor along with an all-steel zinc coated balanced flywheel which assists it in reaching speeds of up to 12 mph and inclines up to 15%.

During a heart rate controlled workout, a heart rate zone graph will be displayed on the console and the incline will automatically adjust itself to keep you inside your target zone. Sole F85 Treadmill Review: Our Verdict

The Sole F85 treadmill is a good looking treadmill with a solid build. The machine runs relatively quietely, and shows all the paramaters that you would want (time, calories, distance, speed) simultaensously. Having these display simultaneously is much nicer than having them cycled through the display like many other treadmills do.

Assembling the machine is fairly straight forward and can be accomplished within well less than an hour when doing it alone. The assembly instructions provided could are not as clear as they could be but they get the job done. The machine is quite heavy which makes assembly a bit more challenging, but this pays dividends in the end when you have the machine put together as it has a sturdy and stable build.

The buttons are displayed very clearly on the console and it is very easy to learn how to use all the options. You can pretty much figure eveything out in a couple of minutes. The buttons are big and responsive and are thus easy to access when you are running. The incline and speeding is gradual but fast.

The safety key works well also. When pulled, the machine instantly slows down and pulls to a halt. You are also safe if you are someone who experiences pain from running injuries, as the running belt is cushioned effectively to reduce impact on running strides.

Overall, the Sole F85 is easy to assemble, and offers good value for money. If you want a machine that will last for a long time and can support a lot of weight, a treadmill with a stable and sturdy build like this one is what you need.
